In compliance with sales and use tax laws, Eukya requires a resale certificate from our customers, with the seller's permit number, to show that the merchadise is purchased for resale purposes.
The good of the seller will be questioned if he has the knowledge of facts which give rise to a reasonable inference that the purchase does not intent to resell the property as, for example, knowledge that a purchase of a paticular merchandise is not engaged in the business of selling that kind of merchandise.
By filling out the below form, you hereby certify that you hold a valid seller's premit number and that the tangible personal property you purchase from Eukya USA, Inc. will be resold by you in the form of tangible personal property; provided, however, that in the event any of such property is used for any purpose other than retention, demonstration, or display while holding it for sale in the regular course of business. It is understood that you are required by the sales and use tax laws to report and pay for the tax, measured by the purchase price of such property.
