RMA Request

1. All Eukya USA Inc. products carry warranty for one year. Warranty for all outdoor furniture limited to maximum 6 months only.

2. All returns need have assigned RMA number before sending back. Eukya USA Inc. will not accept any return without a RMA number. Please clearly mark RMA on all the packages.

3. Please do not call for a RMA number. RMA number will be issued within 24 hours automatically after fax request has been received by Eukya USA Inc.

4. RMA number is good for 21 calendar days.

5. DOA (Damage on Arrival) must be returned and accepted by Eukya USA Inc. within 10 days upon receipt of merchandise by customer.

6. Damage due to accidents, alteration, misuse or negligence will not be covered by warranty.

7. Except DOA, all RMA returns will be either replaced or repaired and determined by Eukya USA Inc.

8. Return for credit must be requested within 10 days after ceceipt of merchandise and subjected to acceptance. A minimun of 25% restocking fee will be applied.

9. All RMA replacement/repair/credit for stock items will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of RMA merchandise. Processing period of non-stock items vary.

10. Shipping expense will be the cost of the shipper, i.e. with returning goods; it is the customer's responsibility to send the goods back at the customer's expense. When replacement goods are ready to be returned, it wil be shipped back to the customer at Eukya's expense if the problem with the merchandise is determined to be Eukya's responsibility. No customer has authorization to use any of Eukya's shipping accounts without Eukya's prior written consent. Any misuse of Eukya's shipping account number by an unauthorized user is fraudulent misuse and may result in criminal charges.
