Terms and Conditions

Price: All prices are FOB Eukya Warehouse. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Terms: Net 30 days for established accounts unless otherwise specified. There will be an interest charge of 1.5% per month on all accounts 30 days past due. Eukya reserves the right to hold shipments until all past due balances have been paid in full.

New Account: No payment terms apply to the first order of new accounts. The terms will only starts from the 2nd order, on the condition that the credit application has been approved.

Quotations: All quotations by Eukya or Eukya representatives are valid for a period not to exceed 45 days, unless extended in writing.

Orders: Orders via fax, phone, mail or e-mail are accepted. However, an order by phone must be followed by a written order marked "Confirmation". Eukya shall not be responsible for any duplicate orders not indicated in this manner.

Order Revision/Cancellation: Any change to an order in process is subject to delay and additional charges. In the event of order cancellation, Eukya deserves the right to charge the customer for all materials, supplies, labor fees and other applicable fees.

Minimum Order Quantity: Minimum order quantities are as follows:
Wood chairs and/or barstools: 10
Metal chairs and/or barstools: 10
Metal stackable chairs: 12
Table tops: 4
Table bases: 4

Shipment: All shipments will be made by "best way" unless the customer selects the shipping carrier. Eukya carefully inspects all the finished products prior to the shipment. Any shipment shortage or damage should be noted before accepting the shipment. If the quantity difference or damage is found after the box is delivery and is not noted on the bill of lading, it is considered concealed damage. Shipments with concealed damage need to be reported to Eukya within 24 hours. Refusal to accept goods will not relieve the purchaser of responsibility for payment and filing related claims. All goods will be become the property of the purchaser upon pick up at a Eukya warehouse by the carrier. All ordered goods held by Eukya over 30 days from the scheduled ship date will be invoiced and may be charged storage fees unless such arrangements are agreed upon by Eukya.

Availability of Materials: Eukya does not guarantee the availability of materials or other items shown on this website or in any printed materials published by Eukya. The manufacturer of those materials may discontinue or make unavailable their products without notice.

Claims & Returns: No return merchandise will be accepted without Eukya's written consent. Approved returns are subject to a restocking charge up to 25% of the original sale price. Unauthorized returns will be refused at purchaser's expense.

Warranty: All Eukya products are warrantied to the original purchaser for one(1) year from the invoice date. All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with normal use and service. The warranty does not apply to any products of misused, neglected, altered or repaired by a third party. The factory will not assume labor charges for unauthorized field repairs unless agreed to in writing by the factory prior to the repairs being done. The warranty does not cover the upholstery material. Also, Eukya takes no responsibility for the durability of Customer-Own Material (C.O.M.).

Wood Color Variations: Wood owes its inherent beauty to variations in color, graining, and texture. The chairs or tables you receive may not be a perfect color match to the sample. There may be minor variations in color from one part to another. Due to these unique wood features, we can not accept returns or exchanges for the reasons of color variations on the wood.

Service & Maintenance: Perform a thorough inspection of each chair/barstool/tabletop/base once a month. Particular care should be taken in inspecting structural joints, welds and fasteners (i.e. screws, nuts, bolts, etc.) that can be loosed during normal use. If a product shows any sign of structural failure (i.e. welds, tabs, hardware etc.), Eukya strongly recommends taking it out of service immediately and repairing it prior to putting it back into service.

Wood Furniture Maintenance: Wood should not be subjected to extreme temperatures under any circumstances, particularly heat or moisture, near cooking facilities. Clean all wood furniture with furniture polish, never use water or a water based cleaner which can result in the grain and finish raising and peeling.

Metal Furniture Maintenance: Regularly check glides to make sure all of them are in place, to prevent any slipping or tipping of the chair/barstool. The finished product can be cleaned with a mild soap and water solution. In a case where the finish has been damaged, repair by sanding the area lightly and applying a light coat of touch up paint from a spray can.

Upholstery Vinyl Cleaning: Clean all vinyl with a mild soap and water. Spills or spots need to be cleaned promptly. Otherwise, some stains will become permanent.

Upholstery Fabric Cleaning: Determine the correct composition of the fabric and then clean with a substance recommended for the material according to the directions. Cleaning fabric with the wrong substance may result in permanent damage.

Table Top Cleaning: Do not use abrasive cleaners on any table top. Eukya recommends using furniture polish for wood finish tops, or a soft cloth and glass cleaner for laminate tops.
